Wypoon Technologies’ employees are also trained in working with each candidate to create a personalized, professional CV fit for the European Labour market. The team at Wypoon dedicates time to sitting down with each candidate, listening to their professional history, and uncovering their personal achievements in each position.

In addition, the team at Wypoon Technologies works with the candidate to coach and prepare them for interviews with clients. All coaching sessions are developed based on individual needs and may include developing communication skills, improving personal presentation, and/or increasing confidence, amongst other things.

Wypoon Technologies specializes in finding the most experienced and professional IT specialists from around the world. As a result of our intense recruitment procedure, we have developed a database of highly skilled IT professionals with at least 5 years of experience in their field, an advanced level of English language comprehension and speaking skills, and above-average communication skills.
